To Make a Return

Oaxum guarantees the quality of its footwear and products for up to 30 days from the date of delivery.
Our return policy applies only in cases where products present material or manufacturing defects and have been used appropriately.

Clearance, discontinued, or customized merchandise is not eligible for returns.

Conditions for a Valid Return:

  • Open or loose seams

  • Detachment, tearing, or full/partial damage to closures, linings, plastic components, footbeds, plastic soles, clasps, zippers, or hardware

  • Ink peeling or flaking

FOR SHOES WITH CORK SOLES
Due to the nature of cork, our cork-soled footwear has a shorter lifespan. Because of the material's delicacy, returns are only accepted in cases of broken fittings.
We strongly recommend following the care and maintenance guidelines provided.

To request a warranty claim, you must:

  • Contact our customer service team within 30 days of purchase.

  • Include photos of the product (front, back, and of any defects or damage) and proof of purchase showing the purchase date.

  • You will receive a response within 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).

Since this is a return process, you are responsible for the shipping cost to our workshop using the courier of your choice. Oaxum will cover the cost of return shipping.

Oaxum will carry out the necessary tests and inspections to determine whether the product qualifies for a return. We reserve the right to accept or deny any return request.

IMPORTANT: If applicable, Oaxum will replace the product but does not issue cash refunds or refunds in any form of payment.
