Product photographs are taken under natural light to best represent their color. However, colors may vary depending on the production batch, material, and natural markings on the leather.
By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you have reviewed the characteristics of the items offered on https://oaxum.com/, and you accept them without objection. As such, purchases are non-refundable.
All purchases are subject to availability.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for a different size or color and must be for a product of equal or greater value than the original purchase. If the new product has a higher price, you will be required to pay the difference. We do not offer exchanges for products of lower value.
You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange for footwear or any other product. After this period, exchanges will only be processed.
Items that are on clearance, discontinued, or customized are not eligible for exchange.
Oaxum will conduct the necessary inspections to determine whether a product qualifies for an exchange. We reserve to accept or decline exchanges and do not offer cash refunds or in any other form of payment.
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in perfect condition: unused, unworn, with original tags attached, clean, in its original box with dust cover, and free of any unpleasant odors or alterations from its original state.
As this is an exchange process, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the product to us via the shipping of your choice. Oaxum will cover the cost of return shipping. To initiate the exchange, please contact our customer service team. We will respond within 42 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).
